At the end of the 1990s, between Kurt Cobain’s death and the supposed end of the millennium, in a boring suburb in the Netherlands, Jet is sent to boarding school. Here, the rather shy girl is suddenly on her own and has to learn to assert herself. But something feels strange and Jet tries to find out what exactly is going on with her. And very slowly she comes to the realization that she is perhaps more of a boy than a girl. But is that possible?
