Rosita knows that her neighbour is hiding a secret: he’s a vampire! Nobody seems to believe her, not even her best friend, Archie, and her mother, who wants her to get away from this strange man as soon as possible.
The neighbour is an actor, Bela Lugosi, but his stardom days are long gone. The friendship between Rosita, Archie and Lugosi grows when Lugosi helps them with a troublesome child, but the adults in the neighbourhood are not willing to tolerate this strange relationship.
