The family in this story sets off on a journey to collect flowers that they need to make a gift for a baby that is be born soon. But the flowers are not easily found.
They each bloom only in their special times in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Some of them are found in fields of white snow, some of them on vast prairies that are fully exposed to the sun, and some between rocks in the deep ocean. A gift called the world, built with time and space.
